A Quick & Easy Scrapbook Layout

Looking for a quick & easy scrapbook layout? If so, today’s post is perfect for you. This layout was created using the Frames & Flowers Specialty paper which includes double sided pattern paper and 3 sheets of laser cut pieces! These laser cut pieces make it so easy to create embellishment clusters in a snap.

How it’s done:

• Stamp floral image using lost lagoon ink onto the background. I used the flowers from the Poised Peony stamp set.
• Use the negative space from one of the small flowers from the laser cut sheet, a blending brush and petal pink ink to add a few flowers to the background. Use a brown marker to add dots to the centres of the flowers.
• Splatter with pretty peacock ink.
• Cut the patterned paper down to 6×12 and then cut ½” strip off one of the halves. Flip it over and attach it to the lighter pattern. Add that to the layout base.
• Add lost lagoon circle and photo mats. Add embellishments as desired.
• Ribbon was cut in ½ lengthwise before tying a bow and added to the layout.
