For this weeks memory keeping Monday post I’m sharing this sweet Indie 6×8 layout. I love that I’ve got so many photos of this sweet puppy to scrapbook!
Indie had just gotten a new bandana and my daughter sent me photos. She’s such a cutie! I knew I had to scrapbook these photos.
The details:
- The layout is a piece of pattern paper from the Sunny Days dsp pack (free with a qualifying purchase until February 29th, 2024).
- Then I grabbed a 5″ x 7-3/4″ piece of white and did the packaging technique with some petal pink ink. If you aren’t familiar with this technique, you can see how it’s done in this video.
- I used the rainbow stamp from the Just my Type stamp set to stamp a few rainbows in the background using cajun craze ink. Then splattered in black.
- Before adding it to the background I took my snips and distressed around the edges.
- Because this is a smaller layout my photos took up most of the space leaving me with little room for embellishing. So I just cut some hearts using the Adoring Hearts hybrid bundle and cut them from one of the cards from the Sweet Thought memories & more card pack.
- The ‘sweet’ is a stick from that same memories & more pack.
- It’s a given that a bit of baker’s twine was needed:)
- And then I finished it off with a few retired genial gems.
If you are a scrapbooker and not yet following me on Instagram (@sherrystamps), head on over and give me a follow. I’ll be posted quite a few scrapbooking reels in February!
Until next time,
