Today I’m sharing this Beary Cute Christmas card that features an adorable bundle from the upcoming September to December mini catalogue. This bundle can be found on page 24 of the mini and will be available to order beginning September 6th.
I’ve been in Las Vegas this week for Stampin’ Up!’s BackStage event for leaders. One of the things we do at any SU! event is swap. I was panicking because on Sunday, I still hadn’t designed my swap and I wanted to make 30 of them:| Needless to say I needed something quick & easy because I was leaving Tuesday morning.
This card is what I came up with.
I chose a punch bundle because they are faster than die cutting. The background was created by die cutting the third largest Countryside Corners die out of the centre of a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of scrap card stock. This created a template for me to use to add some ink blending and stamped images.
It was finished off with a greeting, baker’s twine bow (I think that’s a given) and a couple glitter sequins (also part of this collection). I’m actually quite happy with the way it turned out. It’s simple but not too simple… the perfect kind of swap!
Here are the supplies that I used that will be available beginning September 6th, everything else is listed below.
- Beary Cute bundle (162023)
- Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins (162029)
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Until next time,
