In todays post I’m sharing a celebrating in color Paper Pumpkin alternate with you – a scrapbook layout! I love to use any of our kits (Paper Pumpkin or from our Kit Collection) to scrapbook. They make for quick & easy layouts.
The Celebrating In Color was the May 2022 Paper Pumpkin kit. I’m a bit behind. The June kit has already shipped and peeks of the July kit are already being shared.
The July kit is called Sending Good Thoughts with beautifully designed nautical imagery, a fun message in a bottle motif, and sentiments that are “shore” to please, this month’s kit is full of warmth and fun.
If you are new to Stampin’ Up! and wondering what Paper Pumpkin is? It is the BEST crafting subscription kit!
Every month you receive a box full of crafty goodness. It includes everything you need to create whatever that months projects are (except scissors). That means you get an exclusive stamp set, ink, any embellishments and all the pre cut and scored pieces! Most months the projects are cards but occasionally there will be 3D projects or tags.
Don’t miss out on next months kit! If you’re in Canada, subscribe here, before the 10th of the month in order to receive the July kit.
The Details…
The May Celebrating In Color kit features the 2022-2024 In Colors so it’s fun, bright and cheerful. I LOVE the cards this month and I think it’s the first time I’ve ever contemplated just making them all as is and not scrapbooking with it! But I don’t need any more cards and I had a couple cute photos on my desk that I thought would be perfect.
I used the packaging technique for the background and then splattered a bit with the Tahitian Tide Stampin’ Blends. The little gift card holder was the perfect spot for a couple little tags with some journaling on them. I even ended up using some of the Tahitian Tide tissue paper that came in the box! I love how the 4 layers of tissue paper just adds a nice bit of texture.

Until next time,
