Today I’m sharing a simple This Birthday Piggy card with you. If you are on my email list, you received another card sample featuring the same combination of stamp sets I’ve used here – This Birthday Piggy and Rays of Light. I just love these two together.
This was one of the 3 cards we made at this months team meeting. I think this was my favourite – not only because of the simplicity but because of the saying. I think it’s the perfect saying. Everyone has a happy place right? Mine is definitely my craft room!
Measurements:
- So Saffron: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″ ; 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″ stamped with Rays of Light and then cut down to three 1-1/2″ strips
- Basic White: 4″ x 5-1/4″ and 2nd largest stylish shapes circle and scrap for greeting
- Black & White Gingham Ribbon: 8″
Although this stamp set has coordinating dies to go with it (available this month only), I didn’t use them for this particular card. But if you love the stamp set, you’ll definitely want to add the dies to your cart – they make the set so much more versatile! However, they are only available as part of the Perfect Partners promotion this month (or while supplies last).
