Today I’m sharing two slimline cards using the same layout but different product. I am loving the slim card dies and am so happy to see them carried over into the next annual catalogue.
Over in my membership group, in April, I’ll be focusing on ways to use the slim card and beautiful shapes dies on your projects. I can’t wait to share what I’ve created so far… there’s still more to come. Here’s a little peek.

For the first slimline card that I’m sharing, I used a couple of retiring items: the Pierced Blooms dies and the Sweet Symmetry dsp. I love combining these two products. And I just noticed that the Pierced Blooms dies are on sale right now for 50% off (while supplies last).
Measurements:
- Night of Navy: 7″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 3-1/2″
- Calypso Coral: 3-1/2″ x 8-1/4″ die cut with the border from slim card dies and then trim to 3-1/4″ (if needed); scrap for die cut flower; 5/8″ x 8-1/4″
- Sweet Symmetry DSP: 3-1/2″ x 8″ die cut with the border from slim card dies and then trim to 3″ (if needed); 1/2″ x 8″
- Just Jade: 2″ x 3″ for die cutting leaves
- Basic White: 3-1/4″ x 8-1/4″ and 1-3/8″ x 2-1/2″
- White Crinkled Seam Binding: 24″
- Sequins: x3
For the second slimline card I’m sharing I used the Sweet as a Peach bundle (on sale for 20% off) and the coordinating You’re a Peach DSP (on sale for $12.60).
