In this post I’m sharing a couple of masculine card ideas using the Stampin’ Up!® Scenic Adventure bundle. This is such a great bundle for masculine projects or for anyone who loves the outdoors.
Both of these cards could be turned into birthday, thank you or Father’s Day cards. I love versatile card designs!
This first card uses the Painted Trees embossing folder from the last chance list. I’m so sad to see this retire, it doesn’t feel like it’s been around long enough and I didn’t give it the love it deserves so I’ll keep using it until it’s gone:)
I did a bit of splattering with some white ink refill. Splattering is such a great way to add a little something to your projects. I love it!
Measurements:
- Thick Basic White: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
- Basic Gray: 4″ x 5-1/4″ embossed with the Painted Trees embossing folder (only available while supplies last)
- Basic White: 1-1/2″ x 4-1/4″
- Old Olive: 2″ x 3″
- White Twine: 8″
- Basic Gray & Smoky Slate Pearls: x3
For the second card I used another last chance embossing folder – Timber. This one has been around for a long time and has been a favourite. I always turn to it for a more subtle look.
This card combines several of the dies to make a beautiful scene. The chunky oval is from the Impressions Abloom dies.
