Just for You Wedding Favor

Today I have a project to share with you that would make a wonderful wedding favor. I used my Movers & Shapers Curly Label die and the dove shape from the Holiday Windows dies to create it.

1. Cut a piece of cardstock 3″x12″.
2. Position the dove on the Curly Label die so that it is centred horizontally and 1/4″ from the score line.
3. Position cardstock so that it is centred in between the two vertical cut marks on the die. Run through the Big Shot.
4. Score cardstock at 1/2″ from either side of the centre score line.
5. Trim 1″ off the front (side with dove) flap.
6. Score at 1″ from the back flap. This will fold over to keep the pouch closed.
7. Cut a piece of white cardstock approximately 2″x3″ and run through Big Shot using Petals-A-Plenty impressions folder.
8. Fold this in half and apply to flap.
9. Cut a 2-1/2″x2-1/2″ piece of window sheet.
10. Ink up desired background stamp using white staz on ink and stamp transparency.
11. Adhere this to inside front flap.
12. Wrap basic grey ribbon around flap and tie a knot.
13. Stamp greeting from Teeny Tiny Messages onto white cardstock and punch out using word window punch.

These little pouches could easily hold a package of seeds, some almonds or mints. These could also be altered to create Halloween, Christmas, Valentines or Easter treats. Simply change up the color and the cut out shape at the front!Tip: Did you know that you don’t need the Movers & Shapers die to use the Holiday Windows or the Punch Windows?
