I’m so happy to be back to my weekly Facebook Lives! Today I decided to focus on my favourite host set – New Wonders. Host sets often get over looked. There are some fabulous ones in the annual catalogue and a couple great ones coming out in the holiday catalogue.
Host sets can’t be purchased by just anyone though. They need to be purchased using Stampin’ Rewards. There are a few ways that you can earn Stampin’ Rewards…
1. When you spend a minimum of $200 in one single order (before shipping and taxes), you qualify for Stampin’ Rewards. The amount depends on the order total but starts at 10%. Those rewards can then be used to purchase host sets, or anything else in the catalogue.
2. Join one of my monthly stamp clubs. A stamp club is a group who gets together once a month (in person or online) to craft. Each month we make 4 projects focused around a suite, theme or collection of products. In the video below I share what we made at this months club. You can participate in person or at a distance. The commitment is a minimum $35 order (before shipping & tax) each month for 10 months. One of those months you will be the ‘host’ and receive the Stampin’ Rewards. Contact me to find out more information – anyone across Canada can join!
3. Host a private class or girls night out. Gather a few friends and get crafty. This can be in your home or mine! You let me know what you’d like to do – birthday cards, home decor, gift tags/packaging – it’s up to you. I do all the planning and you get to create the projects. The host reaps the benefits! There’s a FABULOUS new advent calendar kit coming out in the holiday catalogue – this would make a GREAT private class. You don’t need to be crafty at all and EVERYONE will love this project! Contact me to book your private class today – dates are limited.
Ok so let’s get back to the card…
I thought I would continue on with my fun folds theme from yesterday’s class and create this square double point card. The photo just doesn’t do this card justice. it’s soft, pretty and has a bit of sparkle!
The belly band slides off and the flaps open to reveal the message.
Because the card is square, I decided to alter one of our medium sized envelopes to fit the card. I love how it turned out.
Here’s the Facebook Live replay, if you’d like to see how it comes together.

Have a creative weekend.

This is an adorable stamp set. I love anything fairies! If you wanted, you could make your Pretty Peacock CS in 8 1/2" X 4 1/4" and score at 4 1/4", if you need more room to write on. I've seen this fold, but, hadn't tried it yet! You made it all look very easy to make, I'm trying one this weekend@! Thank you for sharing!
