Kits are the perfect solution to crafting on the go. I’m so happy that I decided to hold another Scrap Your Stash class. The kit I put together has been perfect for getting my crafting fix while out of town.
It’s been such a long few months, we decided to sneak away for a week. Without any real plans and not able to do much, Mom and I decided to bring some creative projects to work on.
A couple weeks ago I put together a large kit of supplies from my stash, you can see what’s in it here. It has everything I need except for adhesive and a paper cutter so it meant I didn’t need to bring a bunch of supplies with me to be able to get crafty. Creating these types of kits makes crafting on the go so easy!
Here are some ideas on what to include in your kit:
- patterned paper
- coordinating card stock
- fibers (bakers twine/ribbon)
- Embellishments
- Ephemera or stickers
- Alphabet Stickers, Dies or Stamps
- Stamps/inks (optional)
I love these scrap your stash classes because it gives me the opportunity to use up some of the supplies I’ve had in my stash for awhile and to get creative with how I use those supplies.
The other day I challenged myself to find creative ways to use up some of the leftover alphabet and number stickers I have. Here’s a little peek at one of the layouts I’ll be sharing in the Scrap Your Stash class.
You can find all the information on the upcoming class here. We start on July 13th and anyone can participate!

Have a creative day!
