This is the page that I did based on the layout that was chosen for one of my October scrapbook clubs. The photos were taken at my husbands aunts wedding a couple years ago. Our kids had so much fun out on the dance floor! The photo isn’t the best but the flower is a huge piece of chipboard from a package we carried a couple years ago and I covered it with Summer Sun craft ink and then sprinkled it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder. I love using this technique with our chipboard. Because I only had one of these shapes, instead of tucking the flower under the the photos, I cut it and used the other piece on the next page. This really ties the two pages together. It looks so much better in person – the photo really doesn’t do it justice!
Patterned Pines the level 1 hostess set from the Holiday Mini catalogue is my absolute favorite hostess set and is definitely the most popular. I think all but one of my hostesses since the mini catalogue release have chosen this set in addition to any others for which they qualified. It is a fabulous set but only available to hostesses. However, I will be giving this set away to one lucky winner this month! How can you qualify? For every $40 you spend with me, either online, by phone, email or at a class or workshop – you will receive an entry. December 1st I will draw a winner. It’s as easy as that!
The winner for last months set – A Little Something – is Enza. Congratulations Enza! I will tuck it in with your order that I have for you.
Thanks for stopping by today!
