How to Create a Simple Watercolor Background

Today I’m showing you how to create a simple watercolor background and a couple ways that you can use that background. The stamp set is the beautiful autumn set from the August to December Mini Catalogue. You can pick it up as a bundle with 3 coordinating punches and save 10%. I love the little punches!

I combined several colours that scream fall to me – Blackberry Bliss, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze to create a simple watercolor background. Then stamped some leaves using Soft Suede and punched them out using the coordinating punches. It’s hard to tell but I also added a bit of wink of Stella to give them a bit of shimmer. Class Options

This class will be offered at three different times – 2 in person and the third virtually (through Zoom). Choose the session that works best for you. All in person events will have safety and social distancing precautions in place.

Wednesday September 9th at 9:30am (in person – limited to 6 people)
Wednesday September 9th at 7pm (in person – limited to 6 people)
Thursday September 10th at 7pm (MT) – virtually
