This was the 3D project my regular stamp club did this month. This box is Lauren Meaders Bloomin’ Basket tutorial – her website is a must see. She is an amazingly creative and incredibly busy women. I don’t know how she accomplishes all that she does! I’m so thankful for all the amazing talent there is out there and that everyone is so willing to share – it sure makes it easy to come up with projects when I hit a creative road block:)
This next card – my favorite btw – was a copy of one my mom created. I had to tweek it a bit based on the supplies that I had. Unfortunately, I find it hard to plan too far in advance so I am usually looking for project ideas a few nights before my first club. I know – something I really need to work on. Anyway, she did mention that she got the idea from either the SU! website or splitcoast so if someone knows whose original idea it was, let me know and I will post credit where it’s due. This card looks 100 times better in person – the bit of blue in behind the window is actually covered in irridescent ice embossing powder for some shimmer – absolutely stunning!!
Because the rub-ons are on special this month, I did want to include them in the class as well – so this is the card that we did. It is a super simple card but a great one to mass produce!
I will be back tomorrow to show you a scrapbook page I did at a workshop last week.
Until next time,
