SUMMARY:The Colour Club - #2
DESCRIPTION:I’m so excited the Colour Club – #2! Last month we played with Wild Wheat and Pebbled Path\, this month we’ll be playing with Lemon Lolly and Lemon Lime Twist. Let’s see what kind of fun colour combinations we can come up with. \nLet’s face it we all have our favourite colours and colour combinations we turn to. It can be hard to get used to new colours\, especially ones that you may not immediately be drawn to. I know this is something that I struggle with at times. With Stampin’ Up!’s recent colour refresh and all the changes it brings\, I thought that a fun new club focused on colour would be a great way to familiarize ourselves with the new colours. \nThe colour refresh introduced 9 new colours (5 in colour and 4 core colours) and 7 returning colours. This is a LOT of change. So each month for 6 months\, I will choose 1 or 2 colours that we will play with. We’ll combine those colours with other new colours\, core colours and returning colours. \nSecond in person class will be on Friday June 2nd at 1pm or 7pm MT. Can’t attend in person – get it to go. We’ll be using the Beautiful Balloons bundle at this class but you don’t need that bundle in order to participate. If you’ve got a different balloon set in your stash that will work! \n  \n \nHere’s what you can expect each month…\n\nCreate 3 cards\nOne of the cards will feature a fun background technique\nYou’ll receive a sampling of products valued between $5 and $8 as part of your class fee (could be some dsp\, ribbon\,  embellishments or a combination of these)\nPre-cut pieces to create all 3 cards\nAdditional colour combination ideas\n\nHow can you participate?\n\nCost is either a class fee of $35 (payable by etransfer or PayPal) + $5 shipping (if needed) or\nFree with a minimum purchase of $60 using the class host code V7V39SDS. DESCRIPTION:I’m so excited to invite anyone local to the YEG area to our first Creative Carnival catalogue kick-off event! Myself and 9 other demonstrators from the Edmonton and area are teaming up to bring you a TON of new catalogue inspiration.\n\n\n\nAll of the suites in the new annual catalogue will be showcased with beautiful samples and actual product. We know from experience that it’s so much better to see products in person – especially patterned paper. Most of it will be included as part of our displays for you to check out!\n\nThere will also be several toonie make & takes and of course prizes.\n\n\nThe event will be held on June 17th\, 2023 and open to the public from 12:30 to 3:30pm. DESCRIPTION:Come join me for the Beautiful Balloons scrapbook class. In this class we’ll create a 2-page birthday themed layout using products from the Bright & Beautiful suite (p. 15). This class will be available in person or to go. \nClass will be held on June 20th at 1pm or 7pm in my Sherwood Park\, AB studio. and also available to go.
