I love pretty packaging! It can change a small, simple gift to a ‘Wow! this is beautiful’ and it doesn’t even matter what’s inside – it’s all the extra effort to make it pretty that stands out. Every month I give a little something to those that either demo or help at our team meetings. It’s usually some sort of little embellishment or ribbon but I try to add it to some pretty packaging. This was this months packaging – a simple envelope made from a 6″x6″ piece of dsp and embellished using odds and ends from my scrap bowl.

It’s really nothing fancy but it sure looks pretty and it only took a few minutes to make! And to top it off I used a few things from the scrap bowl! I think I’m going to add a scrap bowl challenge to my list of things to do this week!
