Happy New Year! Can you believe it’s 2012?! Today I thought I would start the year off with a great way to organize/store/keep all the beautiful Christmas cards that you received. I used My Digital Studio to create a 4-1/4″x5-1/2″ card front. The dsp and snowflakes are from the Frosty Day Kit – I love the melon mambo in this kit. Pink is such a non traditional colour for the holidays it’s a nice change. After saving it as a jpg file, I printed it on some white cardstock, trimmed it down and matted it onto a piece of melon mambo cardstock.

Then punched a couple holes in it and all the cards I received, including the photo cards and added them all to a couple binder rings. I also used a printed window sheet with snowflakes on it that I cut down to about 4-1/2″x6-1/2″ and added all the school photos that we received. Now we’ve got a great keepsake that we can look back on year after year and it keeps everything all organized.
I love this idea and will definitely be doing it every year. Hope you enjoyed this super simple organization tip! Thanks for stopping by!
